Kim Victoria Cattrall born 21 August 1956, is a British Canadian actress. She is most well-known for her character as Samantha Jones in the HBO Sex and the City series for which she received nominations for five Emmy Awards as well as 4 Golden Globe Award, winning the Golden Globe 2002 for the best supporting actor. The role was reprised by her on The Sex and the City (2008 and Sex and the City 2) (2010) films. Her main characters include Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin, and Porky's from the 80s. Kim Cattrall comes to mind whenever you think of her character Samantha Jones on the hit HBO TV show Sex & the City. Cattrall is an established actor whose role as Samantha Jones in the popular TV sitcom Sex and The City marked a pivotal stage for her career. The actress became a household name and gained international recognition by appearing on the comedy. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. The most famous of her roles was her role in La Dolce Vita, a comedy-drama. This film, which was awarded both an award, the Golden Palm Award and an Oscar at the year 1960 at the Cannes Film Festival and also had a great critical and commercial success, was also awarded the Oscar. Prior to her first acting gig it was her job to be the Swedish fashion model. She was crowned the Miss Sweden competition. Following her move into the US she started acting in several movies in small parts. Her first credit role was in the movie Abbott and Costello Go to Mars in which she was the role of a Venusian guard. Soon after, her appearance in Blood Alley won her the Golden Globe for Most Promising newcomer.
