Williams is a native of Queens, born in Queens but was raised in Brooklyn together with her father, who was firefighters and later, in Tribeca Manhattan when her parents divorced. She was educated in Chinatown New York junior high, Chelsea high and Nazareth College Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran of manicurists who has never had a problem with the same old nail polish.
